I had the pleasure of working with jon who is one of the sales advisors at diesel David and Sam who was my technician for the project I brought in . I had brought my 2014 gmc sierra 2500 hd duramax in with numerous electrical issues . My ac wasnt working , the truck kept loosing power, my power windows were inoperable, my horn wasnt working , and my windshield wipers weren't working due to an electrical fire . But the guys at deisel David we able to get this theses issues resolved and now im back on the road . I would give them a 5 star and I highly recommend

As a first time customer at Diesel David, I was optimistic yet discerning. I went in with eyes wide open with several questions that they answered with ease. I have had some good experiences with previous mechanic shops and ones in the past that were frustrating to deal with for varuous reasons. You either have a good mechanic with poor communication or a bad mechanic with great communication. Rarely do you find both. I needed some work done with an issue I had been dealing with for a while. Needless to say, I am throughly impressed with every facet of my experience. From the first conversation, to the scheduling, to the follow up prior to bringing in the truck, to communication during the service and follow up to the end for pick up and payment. Brian and David, (even got a call from the owner during this process) were outstanding to work with and on point. I trusted what they told me with the assessment of my F 250 and they had me up and running in no time with very little down time. Finding a mechanic you can truly trust feels about as rare as finding a wrinkle-free linen shirt after a long flight, but David and the entire team have earned my confidence time and time again. From the moment I walk in, I’m treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. Bryan, my Customer liaison, takes the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle in a way that’s clear and straightforward, never making me feel pressured or talked down to. The communication is excellent, the work is consistently top-notch, and I always leave knowing my car is in the best possible hands. First, let’s start by saying this. $10k spent at this shop for my husband to get handed back a truck that literally would have killed us had he not known this truck as well as he does and decided something was wrong and slowed down to 2mph. The brake calipers were replaced and they didn’t complete the job correctly so a bolt either was not put back in or lock tight was not applied and it backed out causing the caliper to move and get lodged between the rim. Ultimately this destroyed the rip causing it to bust and the truck went off the road. Next, they replaced fuel lines going to the fuel bowl and did not install them properly so diesel was going all over the engine and ground. Luckily, he was able to correct this issue. We lost a half a tank of fuel because we didn’t realize it was spraying everywhere until it was too late. Next, the fuel line that was replaced was routed over the valve cover and they did not even take the hard line out that was “replaced” it was just left there! Next, they said they replaced the injector gaskets (with the harness), funny thing- they were informed those had just been replaced. So we knew one had a broken clip in the back and low and behold we get
